Our support contracts provide cover from 5 to 7 days per week with on-site response times ranging from 2 hours to next day, depending on the nature of your business and the importance of your IT system. Cost per server per month: £50
Cost per PC per month: £15
For example a business with 10 PC's and a single server, the cost would be £200 per month.
What does this cover ?
Our basic cover provides same day support for PC's, printers,server(s) and
associated networking issues. We are able to resolve most issues remotely,
but where necessary we attend your site. The basic contract provides labour
only cover. Hardware and software that needs replacing or upgrading is paid

Can you provide quicker response times ?
We can offer quicker response times to businesses that require it. We offer
both 4 hour and 2 hour response contracts where required. Please contact
us for a quote as the cost will vary depending on your location.
Where do we operate ?
We cover the whole of Devon, Cornwall and parts of Somerset and Dorset.
